Schneider Laboratories Global, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from or in any way relating to Schneider’s goods and services – including but not limited to analysis, testing and reporting in connection with samples received from the submitter, including you or your agents, employees, family members, contractors, or other representatives.
SCHNEIDER’S LIABILITY FOR ALL THEORIES OF RECOVERY, WHETHER IN TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING FOR MONIES EXPENDED IN RELIANCE ON THE TEST RESULTS, IS HEREBY EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU. SCHNEIDER LABORATORIES GLOBAL, INC. HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Kit Return and Exchange Policies:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
IF YOU RETURN A KIT, YOU MUST ATTACH THE ORDER SLIP/RECEIPT WITH THE KIT, IT IS THE ONLY WAY TO KNOW IF WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURN TO INITIATE A REFUND.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We understand that you may have opened the kit to look at its contents but all components should still be intact. If you are nearby, you are more than welcome to drop your kit off at our laboratory.

Submitting your Kit
If you do not receive any notification from us within two weeks of submitting your kit, please contact us as soon as possible! Kits submitted with improper registration or without a registration form will be held for only 60 days following receipt. Kits held for 60 days without contact from the customer will be disposed of. Schneider Laboratories Global, Inc. is not responsible or liable for any kits submitted without the provided directions having been followed.
Upon receipt, your item will be inspected and you will be contacted by our Test Kit Manager. If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your credit card. The date and time you receive your credit depends solely on your card issuer’s policies.
Upon receipt, your item will be inspected and you will be contacted by our Test Kit Manager. Your exchange order will then be submitted and another kit will be shipped to you. Please note that if there is a difference in price, additional charges may occur.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable.

If you visit our login page, we set a temporary cookie for your screen display choices, and we discard it when you close your browser. Your user accounts will have your full name, and the PIN information for kit holders.
If you purchase something from our store, your IP address is saved. Your credit card information is not stored on our website, and goes through secure authorize.net channels to bank institutions.
If you have an account on this site, or have purchased something from our store, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.
