Our standard credit terms are Net 30 for approved credit accounts, and a standby credit card authorization is needed on file.

First orders for new clients need to be prepaid by either credit card authorization OR prepaid by check.

Credit card or other prepayment allows us to begin your lab services immediately, while we process your credit application.

Failure to confirm may cause a delay in your results.

Ship or Deliver your samples

Schneider Laboratories Global will match or better a client's pricing if the client is using an equally accredited Laboratory. A current lab invoice must be submitted to SLi prior to pricing offer.

Schneider Laboratories Global offers same day turn-around on Saturday testing (except TEMS and send-out/referral tests) Two-day advanced notice of sample arrival is required and pre-approval by the Laboratory Director is needed in order to receive Saturday results.

Rush turn-around-time requests remain the same for weekends and weekdays.

Schneider Laboratories Global maintains calculated Turn-Around-Times based on five (5) business days
