Ordering a Lead Testing Kit
Contact Schneider Laboratories, Inc. at (804)-353-6778 or (800)-785-LABS (5227) Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:30 pm EST to request a FREE Kit for submitting Lead Testing Samples.
The Project Manager will obtain information in order to send you SLi's Lead Testing Kit:

3. Phone Number
Your Lead Testing Kit is now being mailed to your shipping address.
IMPORTANT NOTICE AND DISCLAIMER
Schneider Laboratories, Inc. (“SLi”) will analyze your sample. If lead is detected*, SLi will report the concentration. If lead is detected, the customer should contact their family doctor, CDC or their local health department for potential health effects. SLi shall analyze the sample provided you have followed the instructions located on the back of the Chain of Custody Form. SLi shall perform the test using EPA/NIOSH methodologies.
SLi makes no other representations or warranties of any kind and SLi disclaims implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for intended purpose. Under any circumstances, damages shall be limited solely to return of purchase price.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may return the Chain Of Custody Form to SLi and your prepaid fees will be promptly refunded. Virginia Law will govern all transactions.
